I understand this process of registration was to allow me to respond to, and fill out, the online version of the The Inner Game Profile. My expectation is that the results, as a written report, will provide information I can use to improve my overall sports performance. I understand that the report, is a technical reflection of my own beliefs about myself, my school and my teammates. I will not hold William H. Porter, Ph.D., The EarthPlease Foundation, the Sports Eye, LLC, or any aspect of this organization in any way responsible for my past, current, or future sports achievement or goal attainment. I further accept that it is my responsibility, and mine alone, to apply this information from The Inner Game Profile, as a report, in ways that will improve my sports performance.
